Return to Work Program – Mumbai

At Morgan Stanley, we see great potential in experienced professionals who have taken a career break and are now looking to return to the workforce. Morgan Stanley’s 16-week paid Return to Work program is based at the firm’s Mumbai office and will run from January 2027.

Program participants are placed in business units that complement their skills and experiences. Additionally, they will receive continuous training, mentorship and professional development.

Requirement :

• Currently on a career break of at least two years (please note: the two-year eligibility will be calculated as of January 2027, the projected program start date)
• Interested in returning to work on a permanent basis
• Should have minimum 5 yrs of corporate experience.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
