Key job responsibilities
What you'll do:

- Track and report on campaign performance, pulling together post-campaign recaps and actionable insights to inform future strategy
- Manage operational workflows — briefing agencies, routing assets, maintaining campaign trackers, and ensuring stakeholder alignment
- Contribute to measurement frameworks, compiling data and surfacing trends that help the team optimise campaigns over time
- Support always-on marketing activity alongside tentpole moments
What makes this role exciting:
- High-visibility campaigns — you'll work to support Prime Video's biggest global launches and locally resonant content in AUNZ
- Cross-functional hub — you'll build strong working relationships with creative, media, social, PR, and regional stakeholders
- Performance lens — you'll develop analytical skills that directly influence how the team allocates effort and investment

- Global company, regional impact — you'll be part of a lean, fast-moving team where your contributions are felt immediately
This is an individual contributor role based in Mumbai, India. This role requires working AUNZ time-zone hours.
A day in the life
Your day starts on AUNZ time, syncing with the Australia and New Zealand teams as their day kicks off:

Mid-morning: Join the weekly campaign sync with the PR team to align on press outreach and talent moments tied to an upcoming global tentpole launch. Where necessary, update the campaign timeline and circulate next steps to stakeholders.
Afternoon: Pull together performance data from last week's local title launch — compile viewership, social engagement, and media metrics into a recap. Surface key insights and draft recommendations for the next campaign cycle. Share the recap with your manager and the wider AUNZ marketing squad.
Late afternoon: Connect with the social team on an upcoming title's content calendar, ensuring visibility across teams against the paid media plan. End the day reviewing media delivery trackers queued for the next tentpole to ensure all details required are on-track.
You'll spend your time across:
Campaign coordination and operational delivery (creative, media, social, PR)
Performance reporting and campaign measurement
Stakeholder communication and cross-functional alignment
You'll regularly collaborate with: Creative producers, media partners, social teams, PR, and the Sr. Content Marketing Manager.
